For the last 15 years, Xenia Grace Chapel has provided a home for missionaries returning from their mission work worldwide. For many of these missionaries, it means being away from their families and out of the country for four to five years. So coming to a furnished house, they can call home is a great blessing.
We stock the shelves with food and provide transportation if needed. Typically these missionaries stay at Grace Place for approximately one year while reconnecting with their families and raising their financial support to return to their place of ministry.
For fifteen years, the church has leased the house for $1.00 annually until August 16, 2022.
We were able to purchase this property of 3 acres. This is a great purchase for the church because the land borders the church property and secures the house for future missionaries to stay here.
Would you pray about the debt owed on Grace Place? The purchase price was $200,000, and the balance owed is now $43,374.
We are thankful that this is the only debt the church has.
As you pray about this need and the Lord nudges you to give, this would be a great blessing to many missionaries in the future.
PS – You may donate in memory, in appreciation, or in honor of a loved one. No dollar amount must be given to placing a name on a plaque, but we ask you to contact the church office with the information you would like on the plaque.
